Dear Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to the Kenneth C. Coombs School and the Mashpee Public School District where we honor tradition, inspire excellence, and shape the future! We are excited to include your family as part of our school community and will work to make your transition as easy as possible. Our online registration process will be available beginning January 21, 2025 and must be completed and approved before students are considered fully registered. Please note, preschool (3 year old only) seats are limited, registration will close April 1, 2025. Those with a completed registration packet will be considered for preschool placement. Pre-K, 4 year old program, is available for all Mashpee residents. 

 

No Action is required for students currently enrolled at Kenneth C. Coombs. Students will automatically be promoted to the following grade.

 Pre-k & Kindergarten 2025-2026 : new student registration

*IF YOUr Chlid is CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT THE COOMBS SCHOOL, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RE-Enroll THEM FOR THE NEXT GRADE LEVEL.

Registration Guidelines

Additional guidance and helpful forms are available on the registration page

  1. Only a parent or legal guardian is permitted to register a child. You must be a resident of Mashpee.
  2. Although it can be completed on a cell phone, it is recommended to complete the forms on a computer.
  3. In preparation for registering online, collect ALL required documents,  from the School registration checklist on the registration page.  Scan or photograph them in order to upload all at once.
  4. Click the “New Student Registration” and the correct school year your child will be starting in. Make sure your child meets the age requirement for the program they are enrolling in by August 31, 2025.
  5. Create an account or log in if there are other siblings currently enrolled.
  6. Complete all forms and provide ALL required documents. If you can not, or have not uploaded the required documents prior to clicking submit, you may also email them ALL AT ONCE  to kccregistration@mpspk12.org, fax them to 508-539-1530  or drop them off during school hours.
  7. Press SUBMIT at the very bottom.
Students are registered and placed in classes after ALL documents are received and approved.

NOTE: Currently enrolled Preschool and Pre - K students do not need to re-enroll.

Registration week is January 21, 2025 - April 1, 2025

  • If you have a age-eligible child, you can begin the registration process online.
  • Existing students do not need to register again.
  • Please click on the Registration button at the top of the page.
  • Your child's immunization and physical records must be up-to-date ( within the past 12 months) to begin school in September.
